  • Epitope Identification

    Not all parts of a protein are potential immunogenic. At EIR sciences we use cutting each immunological bioinformatics tools incorporated into EIR::predTM to identify the regions of a protein that have a high risk of evoking an immune responds in human or mammals.

    The process
    The EIR::pred™ technology applied usitize bioinformatic methods to identify regions (epitopes) in the protein that hold a high risk of evoking an immune reponse.

    A report that fully accounts for the findings, as well as interpret and analyse the results. Furthermore, an indepth description of the scientific background for the findings are included

  • Immunogenicity Risk Assessment

    The EIR::evalTM [Evaluate Immunogenicity Risk] technology provide relevant immunogenicity predictions which aid the decision process before, during and after clinical testing of novel or existing biopharmaceutical drugs.

    The process
    By applying EIR::eval™ technology EIR Sciences identify protein areas (epitopes) that potentially evokes an immune reponse in humans or animals and evaluate the immuniginicty risk profile. Evaluation will be performed on customer requriments and can for instance be based on ethnic cluster analyis or human genetic variation (see technology)

  • DeImmunization

    The EIR::elimTM  technology analyze the protein/antibody and finds potential immunogenic areas and suggest specific mutations for minimizing the protein immunogenicity risk profile.

    The process
    Using the EIR::elimTM  technology EIR Sciences identify regions in the protein with immunogenicity risk and suggest relevant mutations for eliminating the risks  aiming to decrease the protein immunogenicity risk profile

  • Immunogenicity Optimization

    Using the epitope prediction technology implemented in the EIR::optiTM technology, the immunogenicity profile of a protein can be customized to meet the need of our costumers.

    The process
    Using the EIR::optiTM  technology EIR Sciences identify mutations that increase the immuniginicity profile of a given protein. The technology identifies the least set of mutation needed to potentially induce an immune response in a specific or general population

    The EIR sciences team together have more than 60 years of experience within structural and immunological bioinformatics and have participated in numerous intra-disciplinary public private partnership projects.
